EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or order cancellations for refund.

However, if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase please send your items back to the address on your package within 2 weeks of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number, email address, & full name on the package and we will grant you store credit for the full amount paid excluding shipping costs!

 

EXCHANGE QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Item(s) must be unwashed & unworn

+ Original hangtag must be in place

+ Item must be in new condition and undamaged

+ There must not be any signs of wear including deodorant and makeup stains, as well as any fragrance or smells

+ Must be returned in original packaging

 

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or refund.

 

EVENT & RETAILER PURCHASES:

All items sold at events are final sale. 

We do not accept returns for items purchased from our retailers.
