Shipping & Exchanges
All coco kini's are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for your bikini to be made & shipped!
If your order is due on a Saturday or Sunday I will try my best to get it out before then, however during peak season your bikini will likely ship the following Monday.
Due to the nature of our products there will be no returns, refunds or order cancellations for any reason.
However, if you feel your bikini does not fit properly you may send it back for a size exchange. NO changes will be made on your bikini other than the size.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the product meets the following criteria:
- Item is unwashed & unworn
- Original hangtags & hygienic liner is still in place
- Item is in new condition & is not damaged.
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your bikini to make an exchange. The bikini must arrive back to us within 2 weeks of the date that you received your order. No exchanges may be made after the 2 weeks. It is your responsibility to ship it to us early enough that it arrives before the 2 week mark.
**Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges when making an exchange**
Once the original item is received it will take the full 2-4 weeks to receive the new bikini.
We can only accept exchanges for items that were purchased through cocokinisurf.com. Any exchanges/return inquires for items purchased from any of our wholesaler's will be up to them & their return/exchange policy.
Public event sales:
All items sold at Farmer's Markets & other events are a final sale.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made.
Once you have placed your order please wait the full 2-6 weeks before contacting us about your order. I promise I work as hard as I possibly can to get these out quickly as I understand how exciting it is to get a new kini in the mail!
